Privacy policy

What we collect

• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our host, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider, Buttondown, and used only to send the ScanToolMatch newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Submitted results. The submit form is currently a preview and doesn't send or store anything. When it goes live, we'll store what you send only so we can review it.

Affiliate links

Some links go to retailers or tool makers and may be affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click one, that site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers.

Removal requests
